How To Last Longer In Bed For Men: The First Step To Gain More Control

The internet is filled with websites offering all kinds of magical solutions for overcoming premature ejaculation and  lasting longer in bed. I’m talking about pills, natural supplements and mysterious techniques. Most of them don’t work.

I absolutely know that you can learn to last longer in bed. I believe that when you properly train your mind and your body the right way and you put some work into it, it’s absolutely possible to last as long as you want in bed. I’ve helped a lot of men already to gain the kind of control they never thought possible.

I created a simple step by step method to teach any man how to become the master of his ejaculations and his orgasms. And I’m about to share the first step with you in this post.

When trying to last longer in bed, the first step is to understand that the way you practice directly influences your performance. What I mean is that the way you masturbate influences your performance with a partner.

We all have habits when masturbating. Most of us have learned from a very young age reach orgasm and ejaculation as fast as possible. We never learned to listen to our body, we never learned to recognize and to control our own arousal. Now is time to reconnect with ourselves and learn to control our own body.

So the first exercise is to practice lasting at least 20 minutes when masturbating . When you do that, it’s important to focus on your sensations in your body. Try to relax your mind and your muscles. You need to take your time and focus on you. This is why I recommend that you don’t watch porn for the purpose of this exercise. When you watch porn, your focus is outside of yourself, you’re not listening to your body.

When you focus on your sensations and your arousal, try to notice what each level of arousal feels like. You will try to notice the point of arousal just before you usually lose control and ejaculate. Try to know exactly how it feels like just before ejaculation.

When you reach this point before ejaculation, stop your masturbation, take a few deep breaths and let your arousal go back down. When you’re ready, start building your arousal up again. You can do that as many times as you want or until you reach 20 minutes.

With some time and practice, you’ll be able to go higher and higher in your arousal before you need to stop. You’ll also have to stop for a shorter and shorter amount of time.

When you get to know your body like that and when you build some confidence alone, it’s a lot easier after to have the same kind of control when having sex with a partner. It’s all about training your mind and your body to do what you want them to do.
